Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OraOrb, the Ora App, RoleNeo websites, hardware, software, subscriptions, and related services provided by ROLENEO LLC.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use OraOrb. By using the service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. The service

OraOrb is an AI companion hardware and app experience for daily reflection, journaling, gentle rituals, and small everyday steps. Ora may include AI-generated conversations, optional astrology-inspired or tarot-inspired prompts, app memory features, hardware pairing, and related services.

3. AI-generated content

Ora’s responses are generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating any content before relying on it.

Ora is not a human, therapist, doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, emergency service, or professional adviser. Ora does not provide medical treatment, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, emergency assistance, or guaranteed outcomes.

4. Astrology-inspired and ritual content

Astrology-inspired, tarot-inspired, dream-inspired, and birth-chart-inspired features are provided for entertainment, journaling, and self-reflection. They are not predictions, professional advice, or a basis for medical, legal, financial, safety, or life-critical decisions.

5. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Purchases, subscriptions, and app access

The OraOrb Companion Set is offered as a one-time hardware purchase that includes 12 months of Ora App Plus, unless otherwise stated at checkout. After the included year, users may choose to renew Ora App Plus for $99/year. Renewal is optional and does not automatically renew unless you choose to renew.

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges may apply. Payment is processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or similar providers.

7. Cancellations, refunds, shipping, returns, and warranty

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Hardware shipping, returns, and warranty terms are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy.

8. User content

You retain rights you have in content you submit to OraOrb. You grant RoleNeo a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use your content as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You are responsible for the content you provide. Do not upload or submit content that violates law, infringes rights, exposes private information without permission, or violates our safety policies.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use OraOrb to:

  • Engage in illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative, hateful, or deceptive activity.
  • Generate or request sexual content involving minors or non-consensual sexual content.
  • Seek instructions for self-harm, violence, weapons, evading law enforcement, or illegal activity.
  • Harass, threaten, impersonate, or invade the privacy of others.
  • Reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or compromise the service.
  • Use outputs as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

10. Moderation and enforcement

We may review, moderate, remove, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts or content if we believe there is a violation of these Terms, our safety policies, applicable law, or risks to users, RoleNeo, or third parties.

11. Beta and product changes

Some features may be experimental, in preview, or subject to change. We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update features, hardware integrations, or app services from time to time.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted availability, except where prohibited by law or expressly provided in a written warranty.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROLENEO LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
