These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at roleneo.com (the "Site"), operated by Roleneo, Inc. ("Roleneo," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Roleneo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and design elements — are owned by Roleneo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The names "Roleneo," "RoleEra," and any related marks or logos displayed on the Site are trademarks of Roleneo, Inc. or its affiliates. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

No Products Currently Offered

The Site is presently an informational and corporate website. Roleneo does not currently sell or deliver consumer products or services through the Site. Any product described on the Site is forward-looking and subject to change, delay, or cancellation at our sole discretion. Separate terms will govern any future product offerings and will be made available at the point of purchase or sign-up.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our written permission
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any related systems
Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site other than a standard search engine crawler

You represent that you have all rights necessary to make such Submissions.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Roleneo. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roleneo disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

Roleneo does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Roleneo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Roleneo's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Site exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Roleneo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Site.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including Sections on Intellectual Property, Submissions, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — will continue to apply.

Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Roleneo regarding the Site. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. Roleneo may assign these Terms without restriction.
