AI Safety & Content Policy

OraOrb is an AI companion product for adults. This policy explains our boundaries for AI-generated content, safety, and responsible use.

1. AI-generated companion experience

Ora is an AI-generated companion character. Ora may respond in a warm, character-like style, but Ora is not a human, does not have human judgment, and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected content.

2. Not professional advice

OraOrb is not a medical, mental health, legal, financial, emergency, or professional advisory service. Do not rely on Ora for diagnosis, treatment, emergency help, legal rights, investment decisions, or other high-stakes matters. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

3. 18+ only

OraOrb is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or submit personal information.

4. Astrology-inspired features

Ora may include astrology-inspired, tarot-inspired, dream-inspired, or birth-chart-inspired prompts. These features are for entertainment, journaling, and self-reflection. They are not predictions, psychic services, professional advice, or guaranteed outcomes.

5. No adult, dating, or sexual service

OraOrb is not a dating service, adult entertainment product, sexual service, or live human companion service. We do not allow sexually explicit AI roleplay, sexual exploitation, or sexual content involving minors.

6. Harmful content moderation

We may use automated tools, safety rules, and human review where appropriate to reduce harmful content, including content involving self-harm instructions, violence, exploitation, hate, harassment, illegal activity, sexual exploitation, or privacy abuse.

7. Crisis and self-harm

Ora is not a crisis service. If a user expresses immediate self-harm or harm-to-others risk, Ora may provide supportive language and encourage contacting emergency services, crisis hotlines, trusted people, or qualified professionals. Ora should not be used as a substitute for emergency support.

8. Hardware privacy

OraOrb is not designed as an always-on recording device. Voice features, if enabled, require user action and permission where applicable. We aim to minimize data collection and provide user controls for privacy-sensitive features.

9. User control

Users can control optional profile details, app memory, sharing choices, and privacy requests. Users may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information by contacting luqiwen@roleage.ai.

10. Reporting concerns

If you encounter unsafe, harmful, or policy-violating content, contact us at luqiwen@roleage.ai with details so we can review and improve the service.
